Here are some frequently asked questions.

Yes, 50% of your total is required to secure the date you’re requesting. Unfortunately, since our play zones are in such high demand we do operate on a “first come, first serve basis”. We do not hold any dates!

We do! Our rentals are priced only for 4 hours however, if you want to extend the time –  It is $75.00 per extra hour.

ABSOLUTELY NO FACE PAINT, SHOES OF ANY KIND, FOOD OR DRINKS AND SHARP OBJECTS!

Yes, at all times and by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be an attendant to oversee the equipment if requested. However, the attendant will not be responsible for the supervision of kids.

Each and every piece of our equipment is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before and after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of germs etc. 

Our balls are washed before and after every event!

We do not offer pick up.

We’re equipped to set up both indoors and outdoors. We do not set up in rainy/damp weather, as our soft play modules may become slippery and unsafe for your children to utilize. On the other hand, with sun safety in mind, we also offer tents which block out 99% of UV rays from the sun.
